Terms and Conditions

In force from 21 August 2026

These terms govern booking, paying for and attending individual Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) sessions arranged through metodaprt.pl.

1. Seller

The services are sold by Polytotem Piotr Święs, ul. Okrąg 2 m. 52, 00-423 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 1132451674 (the “Seller”). Correspondence address for matters concerning the contract: studio@polytotem.com.

Sessions are delivered by Kamila Święs — health advisor and PRT practitioner. For anything about a session: kamila@metodaprt.pl, phone +48 500 294 160.

2. Scope of services

The contract covers an individual PRT session held online as a video call. Once the booking is paid you receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite; Kamila Święs sends the meeting link separately, before the session.

A session lasts 45 or 90 minutes — you choose the length in the calendar before booking. All times in the calendar are Central European Time (Europe/Warsaw).

3. Booking and prices

To book, pick a free slot in the calendar, provide your contact details and accept these terms and the privacy policy. Clicking “Pay … and book” places an order with an obligation to pay.

Prices are gross prices in Polish złoty:

  • 45-minute session — 100 PLN,
  • 90-minute session — 200 PLN.

4. Payment

Online payments are handled by Przelewy24. Available methods are BLIK, instant bank transfer and payment card.

The payment operator is PayPro SA, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division, under KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068. Payment cards are handled by PayPro SA Acquirer, address as above.

The chosen slot is held for 20 minutes from the moment you go to the payment page. The booking is confirmed only once the payment is confirmed — that is when the contract is concluded and when you receive the confirmation email with a calendar invite. If the payment does not arrive in time, the slot returns to the pool of free times.

The binding price is the one shown next to the slot at the moment you book it.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge no later than 24 hours before the session starts — write to kamila@metodaprt.pl or call +48 500 294 160. The amount you paid is then refunded in full to the same account or card, usually within a few business days.

Cancelling less than 24 hours before the session, or not showing up, means the fee is retained. If you cannot attend because of sudden illness or another emergency, get in touch — we will try to find a solution.

The above provisions do not limit the statutory right of withdrawal referred to in section 6; to the extent that right applies, it takes precedence over the 24-hour deadline set out above.

If the practitioner cancels a session, you choose between a new date and a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without incurring costs. Sending a statement of withdrawal to studio@polytotem.com before that deadline is sufficient to meet it. The Seller refunds the full amount received without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from receiving the statement, using the same means of payment.

Booking a slot that falls before the withdrawal period ends constitutes an express request that performance begin before its expiry. Under Article 38(1)(1) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed, i.e. once the session has taken place.

The right of withdrawal referred to in this section is a statutory right and takes precedence over the provisions of section 5. Exercising it before the session has taken place and before the 14-day deadline expires results in a refund of the full amount paid, regardless of how much time remains before the session. The 24-hour deadline set out in section 5 applies in all other cases, in particular after the withdrawal period has expired, after the service has been fully performed, and where the consumer does not invoke the right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal notice may be given in any form; an e-mail is sufficient. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Model withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

To: Polytotem Piotr Święs, ul. Okrąg 2 m. 52, 00-423 Warszawa, Poland, e-mail: studio@polytotem.com

I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the following service: PRT session booked for …

Date of contract (booking): …

Name: …

Address: …

Date: …

Signature: … (only if this form is sent on paper)

7. Complaints

Complaints about a payment or about how a session was delivered can be sent by email to kamila@metodaprt.pl or in writing to the Seller's address, describing the issue. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

8. Invoices

An invoice is issued on request. Write to studio@polytotem.com with your billing details, ideally before the session or right after it.

9. Nature of the service

PRT is a psychoeducational and supportive way of working with chronic functional pain. Sessions are not a health service and do not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment. They are also not a basis for stopping or changing any medication — only your treating physician decides that. The term “health advisor” in section 1 describes the therapist's professional qualifications and does not mean the sessions are a healthcare service.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts or symptoms that need urgent care, call the emergency number 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.

10. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller may change these terms for important reasons; bookings made before a change are governed by the terms in force on the day of booking.

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
