First PRT session

200 PLN / 90 min

The first meeting is always 90 minutes. During the session we:

  • Go through your symptom history in detail, along with previous diagnostics, treatment and the factors that intensify or ease the pain.
  • Examine the character of the pain and look for signs pointing to neuroplastic, nociplastic or mixed mechanisms.
  • Discuss your questionnaire results on functional pain, HPA axis functioning and emotional responses to pain.
  • Begin psychoeducation on the neuropsychology of chronic pain.
  • Introduce the core principles of Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and what the work ahead will involve.
  • Agree on the main goals of therapy and the areas worth concentrating on.
  • Set an initial plan for the sessions that follow, and the first tools for working on your own between meetings.

The first session is not merely a consultation. It is the beginning of the therapeutic process — from that first meeting we start changing how you understand your symptoms and how your nervous system responds to pain.

Follow-up sessions

100 PLN / 45 min · 200 PLN / 90 min

The length of each follow-up session is matched to whatever we are working on at the time.

  • The focus is on you: your story, emotions and beliefs that may have reinforced chronic tension and pain conditioning.
  • Psychoeducation adjusted to your level of knowledge.
  • We create a safe space to work with emotions, beliefs and situations that intensify pain.
  • Tailored tools for everyday use.
  • A therapeutic relationship that itself supports the neuroplastic healing process.
  • The therapy works for a single persistent symptom just as well as for complex or mixed pain.

Patient opinions

"An ideal therapy for people who have not stopped at taking pills and hoping for a miracle, but who want to fight for themselves and their lives so they can function well with fibromyalgia."

-- workshop participant

"I took part in PRT workshops and consider them very valuable. The classes were engaging and run in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. A huge advantage is that the practitioner also lives with the illness and knows it from personal experience. Because of that, the knowledge shared felt not only professional but also authentic and practical. The workshops gave me a sense of being understood and genuinely supported. I definitely recommend them."
