When you book a session we process:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your phone number (optional),
• your message (optional),
• the date and time you selected.

We process your data to handle the reservation and to contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and performing it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for contact — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle the reservation, and afterwards until any potential claims are time-barred or until you effectively object.

Your data may be entrusted to IT infrastructure providers (hosting, backup storage) acting on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

The site does not use tracking cookies. For booking, we use the browser's local storage (localStorage) solely to keep your booking session identifier and remember your chosen calendar view.

Providing your name and email address is necessary to make a reservation. Providing a phone number and a message is optional.
